📍 Preparation: Clean the external male threads of the pipe and inspect the valve internal threads for debris.
🧵 Sealing: Wrap 5 to 7 turns of PTFE thread sealing tape (Teflon) around the male pipe threads in a clockwise direction.
🔧 Tightening: Thread the valve onto the pipe manually, then use an adjustable wrench to firmly tighten (avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking).
⚙️ Operation: Rotate the green handle $90^\circ$ perpendicular to the body to CLOSE, or parallel to OPEN the water flow.
